Customer Complaint... How To Respond?
"I thought about how to explain to him WHY I don't offer phone support. ...I was going to tell him in a nice way that if he would like to have his rates raised in order for me to provide him with a phone number that's fine but I don't want to come off as rude as he did. Any thoughts?"

Taxes, 1099 For Someone Out Of The Country?
"I'm using TurboTax and I had some web work done(graphics) so I figured that fell under Contract Labor but when I read it it says anything over $600 requires you to send a 1099-MISC to the contractor. My question is, the guy is from Croatia so do I still have to do this?"

Ebusiness And Brick And Mortar Question
"I have found several companies that wholesale out but they are asking that I have a brick and mortar business. (I'm an ebusiness). Is there a way around this problem legally so I can get their great products to sell. I was thinking maybe leasing a small office or checking zoning for my garage and even storage units but I have found little information in a few hours of my search."

How Do You Get Ideas For Blog Posts?
"Working on projects that you find yourself emotionally invested in ensures they will continue to grow in the lean times. Trying to make a business on a topic that's "hot" is going to be work - and if you need to write 20+ articles a week for your blog to keep readers coming back and traffic numbers growing, well, would you rather it be on topics you enjoy, or something that's work?"
